Job Description:These medical registration clerks will be working in the Immunization clinic, occasionally checking in patients for their COVID vaccines otherwise they will be doing health care data entry/administrative duties as assigned. A lot of the work will be data entry within a clinical setting.Skills:Medical record, Data entry, Electronic medical record, Health care, clinic, vaccine, Patient registration, Patient informationTop Skills Details:2+ years in a medical records role, healthcare administration, medical registration in clinic setting checking in patients or data entry roleGreat customer service, compassion, data entry, and empathyAbility to assist patients as they check in for their COVID vaccine and have accuracy when entering patient information within data entry/administrative duties.This is a tobacco free campus, no smoking, vaping or use any tobacco products.Experience with EPIC is a plus, not requiredPerformance Expectations:Attendance, being timely for work and breaksWillingness to help as they are an ambassador for the hospitalWillingness to be a team player and ensuring they are helping where they canEthics and integrity for following county guidelinesWork Environment:Clinic is open 7am-11pm, schedule will likely be from 8am-5pm Monday -Friday, may open on Sunday as well at a later date.Training will be hands on but it is evolving as it goes.his is a temporary role to help during covid and is based on business needs, role is more data entry and administrative based in a clinical setting About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
