Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Branch Manager,
Operations Manager and/or Processing Supervisor, evaluates all
information supplied as part of the mortgage loan application.
Verifies the accuracy of all information provided by the borrowers.
Ensures LOS Byte is thoroughly documented based on the loan level
milestones for Underwriting and/or Closing. Acts as the primary
liaison between the loan officer, loan officer assistant, realtors,
builders and the customer(s). Salary to be determined based on

employer.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains knowledge of all
policies and updated guidelines and standards as provided by the
Company, federal housing programs, investors, and/or agencies.
Maintains and updates loan application information within the
Companys LOS BYTE. Orders appraisals, title, survey, verification
and other items required for loan approval. Conducts regular status
checks with third party sources regarding outstanding
documentation. Calculates income, reviews assets and liabilities.
Reviews all disclosures for completeness and compliance. Completes
final evaluation and analysis of completed application packages and
submits eligible files to underwriting. May maintain accurate
pipeline to ensure proper projections, closings and regulatory
compliance with the Company, federal regulations and applicable
state laws. May schedule closing appointments with third parties.
Updates loan officer, loan officer assistant, realtors, builders
and borrowers on loan status. Maintains communication with
borrowers throughout the loan process. Maintains a professional
image and adheres to standards consistent with Company policy and
procedures. Delivers excellent customer service from contract to
close.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSCANDIDATES MUST BE
BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEAR MORTGAGE BANKING EXPERIENCE AS A
PROCESSOR OR JUNIOR PROCESSOR, REQUIRED. MUST HAVE WORKING
KNOWLEDGE OF FANNIE MAY/FREDDIE MAC AND FHA/VA POLICIES AND
GUIDELINES EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS DEMONSTRATED
ABILITY TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY WITH BRANCH, REGIONAL AND CORPORATE
PERSONNEL, AS WELL AS OUTSIDE PARTIES DEMONSTRATES GOOD JUDGEMENT
