Works with hospital Leadership, the Board of Trustees and the
Health Support Center(HSC) to develop and implement the risk
The position is responsible for the Medical Centers risk management
and patient safety activities, which include, but are not limited
to: administering the risk management program on a day-to-day
basis; managing and analyzing risk management data, trending,
identifying gaps in results or program aspects; identifying
opportunities for improvement; leads committees to integrate risk
management into committee work product; interfacing with HSC on
claims management; and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the

The position oversees the Patient Safety program including
organizing, coordinating and carrying out initiatives to improve
the quality and safety of care.
Acts as the liaison to the corporate Patient Safety
Registered Nurse (BSN or higher). Current RN License and 5 years of
