Our restaurants are a fast-paced, high energy environment, where everyone on the team works together to ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy!Scope of Position:Contributes to full execution of Peter Piper's operations standards by ensuring our guests receive a high quality experience and leave happy; including outstanding hospitality, quality products and a clean environment.Position Description:Team Member is an entry-level; part-time or full-time position responsible for 1) Following Peter Piper's policies and procedures for each position worked; 2) Modeling and reinforcing hospitality expectations for guests; and 3) Contributes to positive team culture.Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

          • Completes all assigned tasks.
          • Supports restaurant operations by working a variety of positions as assigned to include, but not limited to cashier, make table, oven, game room, birthday parties, dining room, event host, dining room, washing dishes, food prep and rollout.
          • Meets and follows all position standards 100% of the time.
          • Quickly responds to all guests' needs and requests in a respectful and professional manner.
          • Maintains a safe working environment for all Team Member and guests.
          • Current with all sanitation certificates as required.
          • Cleans equipment, restrooms, toilets, sinks, video games, floors, walls, tiles, glass, tables, benches and high chairs or any other detailed cleaning task to maintain restaurant facilities as assigned.
          • Uses knives, pizza cutters, can openers, and other sharp utensils in a safe manner.
          • May be required to operate heavy equipment (within legal operating regulations) including: rollout machine, VCM, dough mixer, trash compactors, or other equipment.Essential Functions:The work environment characteristics described here and physical and reasoning demands are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.             • Occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather).

              • Physical attendance at the worksite is an essential function.
              • Be regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift.

              • Need specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
              • In addition to the essential job duties stated above, the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers, are essential functions of the job.
                • Need the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other members of the organization.
                • Need the math ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
                • Need the reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
