Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Salary: $20.35 per hour, $41,005.00 annual

Salary with a Bachelor's Degree: $21.35 per hour, $43,020.00 annual

Listed salary includes +10% Bilingual Pay Differential. The pay differential is not included during training. This position requires full Spanish fluency

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll learn insurance inside and out through our paid training and the continuous support of your team and supervisor. You'll show our customers the value and security that comes with being insured by GEICO. Salary:

Salary: $20.35 per hour, $41,005.00 annual

Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Top associates can see increases up to 15%!

Qualifications & Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
* Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
* Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
* Benefits may be different by location. Benefit eligibility requirements vary and may include length of service.

Coverage begins with the pay period after hire date. Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
