This includes proactively working with the Autonomous Systems Training development team and subject matter experts to create, review, and deploy eLearning training content and materials to support the implementation and execution of the Autonomous Systems Training Program in the regions.Travel RequirementsJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesEach day will present you with new challenges and opportunities to test and grow your skills. As a Training Support Specialist with Modular, you'll be responsible for:Administrate and enroll learners in our Learning Management System (LMS)Assist in the maintenance of logical and user-friendly structure within the FrontRunner training department content management systemLiaise and act as a first point of contact for clients (internal and external) to resolve LMS issuesGenerate LMS learner progression reports to clients and stakeholdersPublish and assign secured documents to Komatsu Digital Rights Management (DRM) systemAssist in the design of interactive learning solutions for delivery in classroom, eLearning, and blended learning environments, ensuring assets created adhere to quality standards, support learning outcomes, and utilize appropriate software applications when neededAssist in documenting for training and documentation, such as department policies, procedures, and marketingRequired SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate and provide customer serviceExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.Desire to learn and work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking roleStrong problem-solving skillsLMS administration experience is a plusExperience using rapid development tools such as Captivate or Articulate Storyline is a plusDesired SkillsWe believe strongly in a healthy work/life balance and we love to brag about all the great things our members enjoy; like comprehensive health and benefit packages, tuition reimbursement, RRSP contributions with company match, flexible scheduling options, and, of course, an excellent vacation policy.
