  • Hourly plus commissions Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service maintaining a base of satisfied clients. Responsibilities
    • To ensure consistent client satisfaction resulting in repeat business and referrals
    • Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.
    • Provide professional pool cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.
    • Maintain vehicle stock ensuring all stock is accurately recorded.
    • Identify and report any maintenance problems or issues.
    • Identify poolside opportunities for up-selling/up-grading opportunities
    • Be able to work in outdoor environment in a broad range of weather conditions.
    • Operate motor vehicle in safe and courteous manner. Qualifications
      • Must be 21 or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes.
      • Valid Driver's License with acceptably clean driving records (no more than one moving violation, no DUI)
      • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test that includes testing for marijuana. This position is classified as a safety sensitive position in accordance with Arizona Medical Marijuana statue; medical card does not exempt drug testing requirement.
