Overview of the Role:

Our client is looking for a Client Relations Representative who is passionate about sales and technology to join the Sales Team, improve KPIs and grow the business.

As part of the team, you will:

• Upload Data of New Leads to the CRM and internal use spreadsheets
• Be in constant contact with other teams such as Talent Acquisition or HR
• Prospect leads & company's contact information through multiple channels
• Daily connect with clients and your team to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  
  Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:
  
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Entry or Sales Agent
  • Sales Support roles experience
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Network of potential new clients in the IT Industry and/or Verticals
  • Target driven and high networking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
