Resolving customer's concern, promote
product and client loyaltyFollow and comply with a prescribed work
flow/call flowUp-sell/Upgrade individual products and product
packages to existing customers, depending on the needEnsure that
incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional
mannerInput a customer's modification/sale into a database while
