The RF Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) Departments have the responsibility to design, build, integrate, and maintain complex engineering test systems (flight simulators for RF based missiles) that operate real-time and closed-loop with the weapon's hardware and software. - The work is both challenging and interesting. Job Description: This position is eligible for a minimum of $30K Sign-On Bonus Sign-on bonuses are not permitted for internal candidates This is a challenging position, and you must have the educational and professional experience in missile integration and test experience. - The candidate must also be a self-starter. You will be responsible for the integration of real-time, closed-loop missile flight simulation systems. You will be expected to work in a team environment, on diverse projects and receive direction from their team lead and also be required to provide technical support throughout product lifecycle, from initial concept to acceptance delivery to maintenance and any future system modifications. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering (EE), or Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), and greater than eight (8) years relative design and integration experience, or an MS degree in EE, or ECE and greater than six (6) years relative design experience (post degree)
  • Experience in designing complex, mixed signal circuit card assemblies and the ability to work with drafting to get them laid out correctly to achieve the desired signal integrity
  • Experience designing, building and integrating large, complex systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of common computer hardware interface and data protocols such as RS-422, USB, PCIe, etc.
  • Experience with and knowledge in the integration of computer hardware interfaces
  • Experience working within a cross functional team
  • Experience working with only general direction Note: Due to the nature of our business, remote work is not possible. Also, some business travel may be required. Qualifications We Value:
    • Ability to lead a team of engineers
    • Greater than 8 years of professional RADAR and/or missile integration and test experience in a HIL facility.
    • Working knowledge in the integration of computer hardware interfaces
    • VHDL design and coding experience
    • Working knowledge of Configuration Management principles, environments and tools
    • Proficiency in Linux or Unix
    • Working knowledge and experience with configuration management tools such as Synergy or Subversion
    • Working knowledge/course work of radar, signal & image processing, digital communications, control theories, estimation theory and/or electro optics
    • Experience utilizing performance simulations, such as 6DOF or IFS
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
