We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals who want to enter the mining equipment industry in a Business Support role for the Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves division based in Tucson, AZ. We are growing quickly and want people who want to grow with us! Job Responsibilities * Administration of general professional business office activities * Coordinate travel plans and visas for managers, their teams, and guests as needed * Manage the supply of office supplies and marketing materials for the department as needed * Coordinate meetings and training seminars with the Training Manager * Other daily activities to include. * Travel plan coordination * Facilities scheduling * Meals and entertainment activities as needed * Agenda creation * Keen attention to details and follow up on action items * Take meeting minutes * Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production * Create reports from CRM as required-will train * Answer pricing requests based on models created by Strategic Analytics * Other duties as assigned by Global Product Manager What you bring * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Strong in Excel and PowerPoint creation * Power Bi is helpful * Effective, positive communicator * Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities * Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills * Passion for collaboration, innovation and taking on challenges in a dynamic environment * Able to drive results and seek help when support is needed * Organized and helpful in organizing others * Detail oriented Reporting to the Global Product Manager of PCV, this position will not only perform general business support functions; helping management operate more efficiently, but it will also support basic functions for pricing and analytics.
