We seek a Tuscon, AZ-based Leasing Professional to join our team.Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic office team and report to the Community Manager.Locations:3-4 days at:Pavilions at Pantano (315 units)8810 E, Speedway BlvdTucson, AZ 857101-2 days at:La Hacienda (275 Units)6161 E. Pima StreetTucson, AZ 85712What You Will Do:

• Engage and welcome guests upon entering
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
• Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
• Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
• Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
• Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
• Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
• Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
• Be flexible with assisting and working at sister properties.What You Will Bring:Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of leasing experience in property management, plus the following credentials/skills:
  • Currently lives close to Tucson, AZ - or no more than a 30-minute commute.
  • Passion for assisting others
  • Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
  • Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office
