About the Team:
The Team of Rovers and Screener, as part of the Security
department, actively oversees and protects all persons and things
at Oracle Park, with focus on Detect, Deter, Defuse, and Report.
The Rovers and Screener will assist at any position, as needed and
conduct roving of both the interior and exterior of the ballpark.
The Rovers and Screening guard will oversee security
responsibilities for both baseball and non-baseball events. You

About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are looking for Security Rovers and
Stationary Screener, where you will have the unique opportunity to
oversee shift safety and security of the ballpark. You'll work
closely with the Giants Guest Services, Grounds Crew, Ballpark
Operations and Giants Enterprises departments that tie into the
safety and security of Oracle Park. You will be expected to work
closely with Security leadership to ensure that protocols are being
followed, provide feedback and on-the-spot coaching. The ideal
candidate will have a strong ability to listen, diffuse conflict,
great verbal, and written communication skills. The ideal candidate
will also be an organized thinker, and demonstrable history in
security principles, procedures, and protocol with the capacity to
engage in security processes, procedures, and follow-up. This role
reports to the Security Manager and requires the ability to work
autonomously. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark
headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of
factors when determining compensation, including your background
and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to
vary. The hourly rate for this position will be $25.43/hour
In addition to your pay, the San Francisco Giants believe in
providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
After 60 days of employment, employees may be eligible for
indemnity healthcare through Healthy SF, which includes medical,
dental and prescription coverage. Employees are also eligible for
EAP and commuter benefits. All benefits are subject to eligibility
requirements and the terms of official plan documents which may be
modified or amended from time to time.
