Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product Management and
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sets overall strategy for solutions, identifies market trends,
customer needs, and value propositions
Builds and leads a high performing Product Management team,
providing coaching and guidance
Manages the product roadmap, drives business processes, and
collaborates with cross-functional teams for product
development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Product Management, Product
Strategy, or Product Operations leadership role in software
companies
5 years of supervisory experience required
Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of clinical research methodology and regulatory
requirements
