Job Description:

A company is looking for a Helpline Counselor.
Key Responsibilities:

Performing crisis/suicide intervention services
Conducting basic needs/safety assessments
Providing information, community service referrals, and supportive listening over phone or virtual chat

Required Qualifications:

Florida residency
Complete fluency in Spanish or Creole
Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited university
Four years of combined education and relevant work experience
Experience in crisis and suicide intervention, counseling, therapy, or call center work
