Job Description:Support operations analyst will be reviewing IDs and documents. Will check and determine if info that customer provides matches account and other documents. If so they can update the account, if not they will have to decline changes. This is back office work via email que and requires excellent written customer service.Attention to detail is key, need to have excel skills, be independent and self-managing since working at home, good work ethic and self disciplineTop Skills Details:Proficient in Excel - VLookups, Pivot table experience preferred2+ years experience in an admin or customer care role Internal customer service, great attention to detail and analytical skills are requiredPerformance Expectations:Reviewing and validating missing orders, identifying gaps in current processes and making recommendations for change, analyzing commission adjustment data to make recommendations for improvements.Research orders, clean up data for inaccuracy - inaccurate values, update records in salesforce, provide analytics on what they're seeing (compensation team - missing orders)Attention to detail is key, validate that the info is correct, first half of month heavy workload as deadline is driven in first 2 weeks. Validate a lot of data in excel.Work Environment:Work from home anywhere in Arizona. At home need to have good internet service. Temporary OpportunityM-F, times are flexible anywhere from 6 a, candidates need to be available between 6am to 6 pm. there may be times closer to tax day where we'll need more time.
