RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Support Operations Analyst 2 in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities: * Assist ESSP Team with internal data and reporting needs/requests; Collect, organize and report out on critical data required to drive Customer Success business priorities and goals* Set and manage timelines and efficient process around data collection and reporting* Effectively communicate to data and reporting requirements and drive accountability for successful data collection, data analysis, trends/insights, and reporting* Work with ICS ESSP to identify new/evolving data needs and implement processes to collect and report on those needs* Participates in requirements definition to determine the best solutions to meet current and future data and reporting needs* Have a clear understanding of the data and end user workflow in order to validate accurate results and reconcile discrepancies when necessary* Tracks, documents, and facilitates the resolution of all reporting technical issues; Keeps problem resolution log and proactively manages growth and utilization of analytic reporting productsJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree (required) in Business or equivalent experience required* 3+ years of Business Analysis. Bachelor's degree (required) in Business or equivalent experience required* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, QlikView required; Basic to intermediate Excel VBA knowledge preferred* Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy required* Ability to analyze and interpret numbers, trends, patterns, and data to develop new conclusions based on the findings required* Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly assess data, create and deliver reporting* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Ability to clearly articulate project requirements and desired outcomes across all organizational levels both internally and externally* Strong interpersonal skills in order to prioritize, focus, and collaborate with end-users and project teams to facilitate data interpretationKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
