Description: Support operations analyst will be reviewing IDs and documents. Will check and determine if info that customer provides matches account and other documents. If so they can update the account, if not they will have to decline changes. This is back office work via email que and requires excellent written customer service. Attention to detail is key, need to have excel skills, be independent and self-managing since working at home, good work ethic and self discipline Top Skills Details: Proficient in Excel - VLookups, Pivot table experience preferred 2 years experience in an admin or customer care role Internal customer service, great attention to detail and analytical skills are required Hours: M-F candidates need to be available between 6am to 6 pm.
