As a Tool Center Support Technician you have excellent computer and
data entry skills. You are customer friendly and flexible. For this
role it is required that you have strong organizational skills and
that you are a real team player. You have also strong interpersonal
skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined
in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. - 730, et
seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access
such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business
demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are
immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Role and
responsibilities
The Tool Center Support Technician is responsible for processing
and maintaining work center tool calibrations, preventive
maintenance, production consumables, and proper storage. Supports
tool maintenance execution and tool logistical activities.
You will partner, communicate and share shift statuses with other
shift tool center support Technicians. Work with Access Database,
Excel and SAP applications.
In your role you will:
Perform Transactions of tools in GageTrak & SAP, and Packing
lists.
Send out tool notifier reports to work centers.
Work with work centers on retrieving tools.
Receive and send tools from/to suppliers.
Maintain and support production consumables.
Maintain and support VMI and min-max hardware requirements.
Ensure availability of safe tools with the right quality, at the
right place.
Understand and works according safety guidelines regarding
tools.
Interact between work centers involving tool related issues.
Coordinate corrective/preventive maintenance with internal
customers.
Accompany suppliers during internal maintenance. Education and
experience
High School diploma / GED required or equivalent education
experience
3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing / logistics / supply
chain / data entry environment.
Must have strong computer and data entry skills especially with
proficiency using Excel and working within Databases.
SAP experience preferred
Manufacturing tooling tracking experience a plus
Customer service background needed to be comfortable working with
internal and external customer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed - written

Role within the Factory
Responsibilities:
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing
coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire
duration of shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is
required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger,
handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and
stretch.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus.
Can work under deadlines.
The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate
to high noise level.
Must be willing to work Day shift schedule either 1st shift or
standard office hours.
This must include references to day and night shifts for
accommodation purposes.
