Date Posted:2022-06-01-07:00Country:United States of AmericaLocation:AZ862: 3360 Hemisphere Loop Bldg M10 3360 East Hemisphere Loop Building M10, Tucson, AZ, 85706 USAThe Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) team within Raytheon Enterprise Application Services Digital Technology (DT) has an immediate opening for an experienced functional analyst to support the sustaining team.Job Responsibilities: Perform as an SAP analyst supporting the sustainment of installed Raytheon SAP modules and systems. Involves working in a fast-paced team environment with other SAP functional analysts to troubleshoot and test proposed solutions to identified issues and requests.Tasks will include assessing business requests, updating functional specifications, regression testing and coordinating user acceptance testing. This is a functional DT role that requires a strong analytical background and is not a technical development position.Provide sustaining support to a broad and dispersed customer base in key business process areas in the manufacturing life cycle throughout Raytheon. Work directly with Business unit and Shared Services process experts, technical programmers and other functional team members for requirements gathering and functional testing.Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Well organized and ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule in a 100% remote teaming environment. Requires working in a fast-paced team environment and close collaboration with teammates Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior applicable experience. SAP R3 / ERP experience including functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing labor and material cost flows Excellent understanding of grouping, pegging and distribution (GPD) functionality and dynamics Familiarity with SAP manufacturing finance functional areas (CO, AP, Tax, project systems, labor collection) and integration points Knowledge of manufacturing processes and finance integration points with shop floor (standards, routings, production orders) and supply chain (production planning, purchasing, material master, inventory management, warehouse management, shipping) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Power point Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote teammates, partners and customers US Citizenship is requiredDesired Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: SAP ERP experience as a business analyst using project systems functionality in a manufacturing environment Team member experience with one to two SAP ECC deployments, roll outs or upgrades in the Aerospace & Defense industry Proficiency in BI reporting tools Familiarity with factory support allocations Familiarity with SOX controls related to Tier 1 mission critical systems Knowledge of business processes including Estimate at Completion (EAC) concepts and techniques, standardized work breakdown structures, program estimating, financial planning concepts and techniques Experience in test automation tools or capabilities Software programming courses or experience in ABAP debugging Experience with Raytheon's toolset: Jira, ChaRM and Sharepoint Earned Value knowledge Experience working in agile, scrum or scaled agile framework (SAFe)Other Requirements:Travel to various Raytheon sites may be requested to support workshops and PI Planning eventsRaytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
