Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Create and maintain a filing system of department records and safety compliance records.
• Purchase maintenance supplies and/or parts.
• Maintain inventory and conduct cycle counts as required. Create and issue purchase orders as directed.
• Creates and relays work orders as directed by leadership, reports on completion progress.
• Tracks preventive maintenance work orders and reports on completion progress. Schedule and track routine inspections as it pertains to maintenance and the facility.
• Ensures data accuracy for all documents and reports processed or generated.
• Create, maintain, and distribute various departmental reports as they relate to Maintenance.
• Generate and maintain various reports. Track supply inventory and orders. Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs. constantly and up to 75 lbs. as needed
  • Experience working with service and supply vendors
  • Experience with maintaining inventories
  • Experience with purchasing and PO creation
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and organize workload
  • Previous CMMS experience preferred
