A high-level Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for excellence in building is seeking an talented Commercial/Industrial BAS Controls Project Manager to service and provide maintenance for HVAC systems on commercial and industrial projects.This position is due to growth!Commercial/Industrial BAS Controls Project Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Commercial/Industrial BAS Controls Project Manager is based on experience and possibly more for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the HVAC industry
  • Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC projects
  • Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
  • Responsible for mechanical start-up and check-out and has the ability to properly troubleshoot any mechanical defects
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and jobsite specifications
  • Able to lay-out and organize jobsite activities including material takeoffs and ordering
  • Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
  • Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
