We are currently seeking the following position: *** Position is contingent on contract award*** JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST JOB PURPOSE: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides analyst services to technical and business customers as they relate to cost, schedule, and performance factors.
• Applies analytical techniques when gathering or using information from others.
• Drafts task proposal requirements, gather critical information, analyzes data, prepares draft progress reports, compares technical alternatives and cost options, and supports briefings on the project findings to users and customers.
• May include familiarization training and deployment of projects.
• Works under the limited supervision of a senior staff member. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experienced in developing business services that apply to planning, concept development, requirement analysis, logistics support, cost analysis, cost-performance trade-off analysis, feasibility, compliance support, operation, and maintenance in a business environment supporting government depot-level maintenance operations. EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Military Education (PME) in a related field or a combination of work experience and years of service. EXPERIENCE:
      • Journeyman level position.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience with preparing and briefing business analyses related to cost, schedule, and performance factors. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
