Job Summary:

RMD Logistics has an opening for a Government Furnished Warehouse Material Analyst. This position will focus on accurate and compliant execution of Inventory Management. It will support all Programs with contract execution for Government furnished material. This position will support a variety of Program, Depot and Inventory management scenarios that arise in a busy Warehouse environment. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills necessary to monitor and control these inventory scenarios in accordance with Raytheon and Government instructions and regulations. A familiarity with Raytheon's SAP based business management system (PRISM) FIORI movement system will help facilitate disposition and movement of material.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Primary programs contact for all matters concerning management of assets to include Government Furnished Material, Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling and Material.
• Consistently display effective communication and strong professional behaviors.
• Work with other functional organizations, and plant sites, providing direction and guidance to internal customers regarding RMD Inventory Management procedures.
• Support a culture of improvement and efficiency into the Logistics organization driving innovative solutions and affordability.
• Project participant for initiatives to elevate the organization.
• Support compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols.
• Taking action based on metrics that drive and/or affect the Property system.
• Review and revision of existing processes to include process mapping, training, work instructions, performance metrics with defined control limits.
• Work effectively across RMD functional organizations, as well as DCMA Auditors
  
  Qualifications You Must Have:
  
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
    
    Qualifications We Value:
    
    • Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), Property system (i.e., UPS)
    • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of database architecture and management.
    • Demonstrated people management/leadership skills, experience engaging large, complicated teams.
    • Previous experience working in a cross functional and/or bargaining unit environment.
    • Previous material accountability experience across multiple projects and competing priorities.
    • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with Logistics, Property, Procurement, Production Control, Programs, and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
    • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities.
    • Familiarity with Government regulations
    • Must pass Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) background screening.
    • Ability to enroll and pass Certified Supply Chain Professional certification within one year of employment.
    • Understanding of regulations relative to handling, processing, and movement of dangerous or sensitive materials including: CFR, DFARS, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS
