Our drivers enjoy steady work, are home daily and are rewarded for safe and expedient service to our customersGreat Pay: Competitive and rewarding pay for high performers.Our Local CDL A Delivery Drivers will earn an average of $107,000 annuallyand are guaranteed an hourly rate of no less than $29/hrFleet: New and well-maintained automatic vehiclesBenefits: Free & low-cost healthcare benefits, 401(k) Savings Plan with company match, Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement and much more!Paid Time OffCareer Opportunities: Dedicated management team in helping you grow your careerEssential Duties:CDL A Delivery Driver is responsible for driving trucks over established routes to deliver products and render services safely and efficiently.Loading and/or unloading products at various locations primarily within a specific geographic territoryDelivering items including dry, perishable, and frozen foods, chemicals or any other items a customer might needCollecting Cash on Deliveries (COD)Recording money transactions on customer receiptRecording information on daily sales and delivery recordObtaining customer signatures upon pickup/deliveryComplying with company policies and D.O.T. regulationsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED preferredOne or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience preferredMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have Commercial Driver s License (CDL A) for tractor trailer operationMust have a good driving record for past 36 monthsFlexible and available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands:Regularly standing and walkingReaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending or crawlingRegularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 poundsOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 poundsHourly guarantee for CDL A Delivery Drivers applies only to hours actually worked in the function of a delivery driver.
