Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will work with small teams to address training and product concerns, while providing expertise relative to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) regulations and policies as they relate to the Honeywell Tucson Repair Station. Familiarity with Commercial and Military customer policies and procedures You will inspect product and equipment to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers and will provide expertise to other to be able to do the same. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area and will help guide others in appropriately maintaining their areas in a consistent manner. You will set up testing and monitor the (processing of articles?) in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to implement and maintain safety, production, regulatory and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities


  • Train and mentor personnel
  • Understand current continued airworthiness maintenance instructions.
  • Create or assist in the creation of work instructions and training materials
  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the Honeywell Operating System
  • Maintain assigned work areas
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Analyze and interpret data
  • Inspect and provide return to service actions for electronic equipment and mechanical valves
  • Make corrections to the process
  • All shifts available: M-F 6:30A-3P; 2:30P-11P; 10:30P-7A

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Airframe & Powerplant License or eligibility to apply for a Repairman's Certificate.
    • 18 months practical experience documented through the use of employment records, specialized formal training, or military service records that show in detail specialized experienced gained in a specific job.

      All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
