Business Systems Analyst - Avaya IVR

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Avaya - IVR/Call Flows experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support for Telephony IVR on Avaya and Amazon Connect
Collaborating with stakeholders on requirements/testing for Telephony IVR Intake Requests
Managing multiple assignments and incident management in the Telephony IVR space

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Proficiency in using Visio for Avaya call flow diagrams
Experience with requirements gathering and writing user stories in Jira
Background in Telephony IVR Design and Test Facilitation
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telephony, or Project Management
