Job Description:

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in
enhancing our customer’s experience, driving sales through
exceptional service, and fostering a deep connection with our
customers and their pets. You'll have the opportunity to be part of

pets are family. Greet and guide customers as they enter the store,
providing a welcoming environment and detailed product knowledge.
Achieve and exceed daily sales targets by making effective product
recommendations and closing sales. Maintain store appearance,
ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and properly
labeled. Support in-store promotional events and participate in
inventory management processes. Assist in the setup of displays and
take part in the visual merchandising of the store. Work as part of
a team to provide excellent customer service and foster a positive
shopping environment. Handle pet interactions responsibly and with
compassion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to sell and reach sales targets. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle
various customer interactions and situations. Passion for pets and
their welfare. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k A certification in pet first aid is a plus but not required.
Training in customer service or sales-related areas preferred.
