We are looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our team!As a VXI Global Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will receive inbound calls regarding customer concerns relating to phone, internet and/or TV cable services. Customer Service Representatives must be a great listener, be empathetic, and help resolve their issue. Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers in crisis while offering outstanding world-class customer service!For an immediate interview, we allow walk-in interviews. Simply complete an online application (at home or in our office) and come to our office for your interview.Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:Customer Care Representative with Sales will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Successful Customer Care Representatives are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
