Representative, you can expect to: Providing exceptional customer
service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and
The Home Builder Division Scheduler/Customer Service Representative
will work with our Home Builder client Superintendents and Project
Managers to establish timetables to manage both time and resources
to ensure completion of our responsibilities.
This position will support the effective execution of scheduling
HomeTeam Pest Defense Technicians. You will coordinate and expedite
the flow of work within or between multiple jobsites according to
the client's production schedules.
Manage, update, and monitor project schedules. Experience with
SupplyPro, CSME, and CSME ExtraNet is a plus.
Develop schedules that are efficient and effective in minimizing
Interact with customers via phone and email regarding project
movements, answer questions, and resolve any issues with
Interact with sub-contractors to help define the construction
Maintain working relationships to promote quality of work and
Work closely with the Branch HomeTeam Pest Defense Service Manager
and others on the Branch Leadership Team.
Produce and distribute work to HomeTeam Pest Defense Technicians in
a timely manner.
Maintain records in our CRM (PestPac) and update notes on project
Creating all new customer folders and accounts.
Experience with TARF recordings with AZDA/AZ Office of Pest
Management is a plus.
Evaluate scope changes, additional work needs and other elements
that may influence job schedules.
Work hours are typically 7:00am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
These hours are subject to occasional change to meet business
