Let's get started!SummaryWe are seeking Work from Home, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) positions. Requirements outlined below. Customer Service Representatives will assist our client's customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. We offer paid training to experienced or entry level candidates who are willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and/or place outbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm. Accurately document customer account in client systems Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. Meet department productivity and quality standards. Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues. Follow all required scripts, policies and procedures Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient and conscientious) Requirements Candidate must be residing in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV Minimum 6 months of stable customer service experience (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail) HS Diploma or GED/equivalent Flexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day) Computer literacy and typing skills of at least 25 WPM Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures Criminal record check and drug test (requirements vary by program) Work at Home & Bring Your Own Device Requirements Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours. Landline Phone: Not required Internet: Wireless not permitted. Internet Speeds: Minimum 10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required (Ethernet Cord) Computer Specs: Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted) OS: Windows 10 CPU: Minimum Dual-core 1.5 GHz or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better RAM: 4 GB + Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space Ports on PC: Minimum of 1 USB and Ethernet Port Wired or wireless mouse recommended Education RequirementHigh school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.Physical Requirements Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
