Job Description We are seeking two driven, professional insurance agents to join our growing team providing supplemental insurance for a catastrophic event or illness. In this position, you will meet with businesses, families, and individuals to establish and nurture client relationships as an outside sales agent. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments Meet with potential clients and existing clients by phone, email, or in person Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals or groups Determine the specific needs of clients by researching current coverage and available options Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review of client insurance options to educate clients and answer questions Benefits First-year Agents typically earn $70,000 - $120,000 Provided resources and ongoing training Residual income - The work you do today will continue to pay you in the future Competitive Incentives and Bonuses including reward trips and international travel.
