Job Description:

Customer Support Representatives act as the intermediary between our customers and our production team. Our office is connected to an 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that runs 24/7. Most correspondence with our customers is completed through phone calls and e-mail. Interaction with our production team occurs through face-to-face conversation, phone, email, or two-way radio.

Responsibilities and duties will include providing office support for sales staff and house accounts by inputting and preparing quotes, productions work orders and purchase orders. Provide timely feedback to the status of open orders. Will assist and manage new customer projects and able to meet deadlines.Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent - Two years of college preferred
  
  Experience:
  
  • 
    
  • Two years sales and/or customer service experience
    
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
    
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft excel, word and outlook
    
  • Must be experienced with problem solving, multi-tasking and as well be organized and detail oriented.

    • Adobe Illustrator experience preferred
      
      Duties:
      
      • 
        
      • Provide office support for sales staff and house accounts
        
      • Handle incoming telephone calls
        
      • Telephone interaction with customers and vendors
        
      • Input and prepare quotes, production work orders, and purchase orders
        
      • Participate with monthly physical inventory
        
      • Misc. paperwork and filing
        
      • Backup to shipping/receiving department when required
        
      • Assist plant and office personnel as required and when applicable
        
      • Maintain neat and orderly workplace
        
      • Perform special assignments as requested
