Job Summary Experienced Insurance Agent to train & manage Call Center Agents selling Medicare plans to eligible prospects. Successful candidates will have the sales knowledge & experience to coach existing agents & lead by example selling Medicare plans, as needed. The goal is to ensure positive customer experiences by educating prospects on the features & benefits of the plans, responding to questions, and overcoming objections. Position Responsibilities-- - Training, coaching & leading Call Center Agents as they sell Medicare plans to consumers.Answering questions, guiding & assisting agents with difficult calls/issuesAssisting management team in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goalsWork with team to achieve sales goals to maximize company growth.Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every consumer & employee interaction.Successfully enroll clients in appropriate Medicare plan via inbound and outbound calls, as needed.
