Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Desert Toyota of Tucson is seeking a professional and highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting world of automotive sales. Located in Tucson, Arizona, this position offers a great opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Build and maintain relationships with customers to determine their needs and preferences - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers - Work with sales management to negotiate and close sales deals - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals - Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to upsell and add-on products and services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a clean and organized showroom - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - Prior sales experience preferred, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent customer service and negotiation skills - Proficient in using computer systems and tools - Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record - Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening EEOC Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
