Compensation: $125,500 - $185,000 yearly Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct property showings to provide clients with a seamless viewing experience. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth coordination of next steps. Learn and apply lead follow-up techniques to nurture potential buyers and build lasting relationships. Support agents with day-to-day tasks in the transaction process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and property showings to keep the team informed. Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned. Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate processes or a keen interest in learning about the industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals. Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and manage schedules effectively. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication purposes.
