seeking an Associate Director for Air Dominance on the Air & Space
Defense Systems Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) team that
will report to the Director, Air Dominance R&C, to help meet
historic domestic and foreign demand and to support growth of
Raytheon’s customer base for air dominance weapons with both
airborne and surface-launch platforms. The Associate Director will
support unprecedented acceleration of AMRAAM production by growing
and maintaining domestic and international relationships to support
customer requirements. The Associate Director develops, gains
leadership approval and aggressively executes campaign strategies,
providing air dominance solutions in close coordination with the
Raytheon Air Dominance Program and Air & Space Defense Systems
business unit. What You Will Do Communicate with external parties
not employed by RTX including customer base, vendors, other
government employees and international customers Build and maintain
business relationships with potential customers and their US
government counterparts Participate in the development of strategic
plans and country strategies Coordinate and execute a prioritized
plan of action and milestones focusing on closing Foreign Military
Sales (FMS) pursuits Provide subject matter expertise in US and
international customers' procurement process and acquisition
strategy Prepare and request international licensing and agreements
Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the
Federal, State, and Local levels on Public Policy in their
advocation and development of new technologies and our current
systems Coordinate and manage program associated New Business
Investment accounts, capture and proposal gate reviews, new
business assessment and pipeline reviews, customer engagements and
international Sales Intermediaries Support development of Air
Dominance investment strategies, advance next generation
technologies, and promote new growth opportunities Approximately
40% domestic and international travel Possible Work Locations: AZ –
Tucson or FL - Shalimar Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum
of 12 years’ experience planning and executing air combat
operations in government, defense, aerospace, or related industry,
or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience 10 years’
experience with military leadership in planning and execution, or
program management/leadership of teams and people in industry
developing and executing capture and proposal strategies 8 years’
experience navigating growth strategies within USG JCTDS, PPBE, and
acquisition processes; experience working with US and/or
international acquisition processes 8 years' experience with ITAR,
licensing, and compliance requirements; experience with primary
USAF customers in AFLCMC/EBAI, SPO, SAF/IA, SAF/AQP, HAF/A5, ACC
and/or MAJCOMS Qualifications We Prefer Top Secret Clearance DoD
requirements and/or acquisition environment and processes
experience; USN, USAF and/or other service programs (large programs
preferred) Strong understanding of exportability requirements, ITAR
and growth path to Foreign Military Sales; experience shaping
Letter of Requirement with foreign customers Strategic thinking
with a proven track record of success; capable of assessing current
and future air dominance war-fighting capabilities and requirements
and developing innovative solutions to solve customers' most
difficult problems Experience in defense acquisition requirements

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products. LI-CC3 LI-ONSITE As part of our commitment to maintaining

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD -
298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
