Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, center location,
mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total
compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance
bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the
company. *BCBA’s become eligible for long term ownership upon
promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. Monthly Performance Bonuses :
Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA
and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

BCBA BCBA Training & Development : Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s
Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in
evidence?based ABA practice Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute
to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical
quality A minimum of 10free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to
attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for
