Job Description Job Description Job Machine Operator (Advanced Level) Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Pay: $24–$26/hour (DOE) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our high?performance production team. This role is ideal for a driven, detail?oriented professional with a strong mechanical background and advanced machine operation skills. You’ll work with state?of?the?art equipment, support process improvements, and play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of machines at an advanced level following established SOPs. Set up, program, adjust, and calibrate machines for production runs. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related machine issues. Monitor machine performance to identify improvement opportunities. Perform final quality inspections on parts, assemblies, and completed runs. Train, guide, and mentor junior machine operators. Perform routine preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance workflows and product designs. Maintain accurate logs of production output, adjustments, and machine performance. Uphold and enforce all safety protocols and quality standards. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. What We’re Looking For 5 years of advanced machine operation experience , ideally with press brakes, turrets, lasers, and shears. Strong machine programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance capabilities. Knowledge of precision manufacturing and CNC machining techniques. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files . Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and decision?making skills. Leadership experience with a history of training or mentoring team members. Consistent commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
