Job Description Clinical Research Endocrinologist - Chandler, AZ Job type: Part-time Shift: Days Job Description: We are seeking a Clinical Research Physician (Endocrinologist) to join our clinical trials team in Chandler, AZ. This part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research while applying your expertise in adult primary and specialty care. You will play a key role in ensuring patient safety, maintaining protocol compliance, and supporting high-quality execution of early- to late-phase clinical trials. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) for Phase I-IV clinical trials. Perform eligibility assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations for study participants. Provide clinical oversight and medical care in compliance with study protocols, GCP, and ICH guidelines. Work closely with study coordinators, nurses, and other staff to ensure accurate documentation and protocol adherence. Qualifications: M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license. Board certification in Internal Medicine required; subspecialty in Endocrinology strongly preferred. Valid DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification. Minimum 2 years of clinical trial/research experience preferred (training available for strong candidates). Experience in managing patients with chronic and complex conditions (e.g., diabetes, endocrine disorders, dementia, addiction medicine) is a plus. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial documentation. Proficiency with EHR, EDC, and CTMS platforms. Benefits: All standard benefits are provided.
